Not quite sure the point of this post, but why not? lol here goes:
my typical day:
730am-830am - weight lifting (MWF upper body, TR lower body)
430pm-7pm - soccer
10pm-11pm - 2-3 mile run
as active as this routine sounds, i still balance it out with my favorite fast food stops, tons of candy, and liters upon liters of soda and energy drinks
