Avatar probs.

Hi guys,

I've just been trying to upload my avatar (after taking a month to realise i hadn't already put one on) and it says 60 x 60 and no more than 10kb. So i've done that and it says it's too large. So i've made the dimensions smaller and the quality lower and it's down to about 8.5kb... and still too large...

Do you know why this might be happening?

Cheers!

Re: Avatar probs.

tams. it can be pretty picky at times. frankly, exactly so. i use photoshop to make the avatar and make sure that i make it a GIF file extracted.

try that!

Re: Avatar probs.

Thanks, I'm pretty sure mine defaults to jpg. Will give that a try. (My husband's likes his computers and he couldn't work it out either!) Something so simple!  tongue
